Practice Details

Therapy Fees: 

Your first session which is an Initial Assessment of your needs is $85. Individual Psychotherapy Sessions thereafter are $75 per session. Therapy Sessions are 50 minutes long.

 

 

Forms of payment:

 

Cash, Checks, and Credit Cards are accepted. You also have the option to Self-Pay or use your Insurance. Using insurance may required a co-pay so check with your insurance company for more details on your benefits. Payments are due at the time of session. A $10.00 service charge will be charged for any checks returned for any reason for special handling.

Insurances accepted: Anthem, United Healthcare, Cigna, Optima, Aetna, Medicaid (Fee for Service and with the aforementioned companies)  

Cancellations/Rescheduling:

 

Cancellation and rescheduling of appointments are to be communicated to therapist no later than 24 hours before scheduled session. Please remember to cancel or reschedule sessions 24 hours in advance. Should you not do so you will be given an initial warning. Subsequent cancellations and re-scheduled sessions not received within 24 hours will result in a $25 cancellation fee. This is necessary because a time commitment is made to you and is held exclusively for you. If you are late for a session, you may lose some of that session time.
